Notes, before the customer asks
Every item can carry two notes: one in the cart as soon as it is added, and one on the product page, before the purchase. Both are messages in the shop's style.
The note in the cart.
On the Cart Note tab. The message sits above the products, on the cart page and in the off-canvas cart, as soon as the item is in the cart.
- Type: Success (green), Note (blue), Warning (yellow) or Danger (red).
- Display Once: once per session. After that the message is not shown again, even when the customer opens the cart again.
- Display Always: every time the cart is opened.
- Without text in the message nothing appears, even if the note is activated.

The note on the product page.
On the Product Note tab. It appears in the buy box, in one of three places: above the price, above the cart button or below it.
Which product pages it appears on is up to you: individual products, variants too, dynamic product groups or tags. The plugin does not derive this from the rule, because a rule can depend on things nobody knows yet on the product page, such as the payment method.

Only when the rule is valid.
Without this option the product note always appears on the selected product pages. With it, only if the item's rule currently applies, for instance only for retailers or only within a date range.
Note: Product pages are cached by Shopware. The option therefore suits general conditions such as customer group or date. Conditions tied to the displayed product, such as "product A is in the cart", may not yet be met on the first visit to the product page. A note that is always there and says when something is added is more reliable than one that is sometimes missing.
The text.
Both messages are text fields, maintained per language. Emphasis such as bold is shown by the shop, like the 10% of the value of the goods in the demo shop.
A good note says what is added, when and why. The colour sets the tone: green for a free item, blue or yellow for a surcharge.
